The subject dictates 'how' I work, my paintings reflecting the different aspects of my engagement with the world.

the series Globalisation deals with what the environmentalist Norman Myers called "biodiversity hotspots" where basic life support systems are disintegrating;

with Still Life, William Morris' maxim referring to 'beauty and use' was the catalyst to paint items from my own surroundings;

Coincidences seems to be a continous theme running through my work, where quirky events are translated into floating images using text and colour.
