geology has always fascinated me. the anomaly of 'Cup and Ring' engravings triggered another series;

the series Globalisation deals with what the environmentalist Norman Myers called "biodiversity hotspots" where basic life support systems are disintegrating;

with Still Life, William Morris' maxim referring to 'beauty and use' was the catalyst to paint items from my own surroundings;

Coincidences seems to be a continous theme running through my work, where quirky events are translated into floating images using text and colour.
